ESGR Partnership
Employers can partner with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in two ways:
Sign a Statement of Support. A statement of support is a non-binding document that allows employers to demonstrate their pledge to members of the Guard or Reserve.
Celebrate with ESGR Employer Awards. Members of the Guard and Reserve (and spouses) can nominate managers for outstanding support. Affording your employees this opportunity will recognize their managers for doing the right thing and promote a culture of inclusion.
